This one is going to be a short one, because well, it's really been happening all along here, even if we didn't see it. See, Revolutions don't have to be a surge of violence, a huge movement, a massive undertaking to bring about change. In my mind, Revolutions of the Healing variety are really small shifts, quick changes, subtle course corrections that add up over time to revealing to ourselves who we really are. Who we are meant to be. How we are here to Serve.

I've been mulling over this word all week- it's stuck in my brain wanting to be figured out. I searched high and low (well, on google anyway) and found a definition that resonates very clearly with what I have been experiencing myself, and have been seeing in many of you over the past several months and years on and off the table:

Revolution: a procedure or course, as if in a circuit, back to a starting point.

What does that statement mean to you? How does it feel? How does it describe your own healing path, your own journey?
What course have you taken, what roads have you traveled, what procedures have you followed to arrive at your current destination? What IS your current destination?
Where are you now in your own path, your own life, your own journey? What was your starting point? And have you arrived back at it?

These are questions you need to be constantly asking yourself along this path. These are the questions you need be asking yourself after meditations, healing sessions, CranioSacral Therapy sessions, meetings with your coach, deciding what job to take, what school to attend, what life choices to make. Because all of these actions, all of these steps, are really part of something much bigger.

They are steps along the road of the Revolution of your Soul. The Revolution of how you choose to live your life. The Revolution of living a life of Radiance Embodied.

Your starting point of course, was when you were born. At no other moment were you more you, more alive, more yourself than at any other time in your life. It was the moment of pure innocence and embodiment of radiance. And all of this work, all of this healing, is really bringing us back to that place of being 100% purely mind body & spirit combined.

One day, you realize that each step, each moment, each session, was really just a way to reflect back to you more and more who you really are, who you are meant to be, how your Soul wants to operate in this lifetime. Revolution is not a huge uprising- though don't I know that sometimes that's exactly how it feels. It's the course you take to come full circle back to your true self.

Here's to finding your way back Home.
