A Fierce Woman

To me, a woman who is Fierce isn’t necessarily the skinniest, strongest, fittest or sexiest woman in the room. She isn’t always the most successful, or the center of attention, or so intimidating people are scared to approach her. She isn’t always a bitch, or aggressive, or the all-too-dreaded ‘too much’.
..
Perhaps she is. Perhaps she isn’t.
..
But she certainly knows who she is- and has the Courage to stand in that Truth even when it’s uncomfortable or not what the crowd is doing.
..
In fact, most of the time she’s standing in an entirely different Truth than those around her- which makes her simultaneously intimidating & potentially life-changing all at once.
..
What she looks like, what she does for a living, how vocal she is, how successful she’s become & how her body is shaped are secondary to how a woman FEELS in her own skin, how she moves in her own body, how she simultaneously takes great care of herself AND challenges her body regularly with whatever is the next scary edge for HER {and her alone}.
..
The side effect being that yes- she may be skinny, able to deadlift insane weights, be a CEO, can command a stage, can run ultra-marathons, has no fear in the saddle or may have a sick set of abs. But those things are not what make her {and her body} Fierce. ..
What makes a woman Fierce {like yourself} is your willingness to cultivate your strength, be in your power, and stand in your FULLNESS every damn day.
..
From those days where you feel like the strongest woman in the world who can accomplish anything you set your mind to, to those days when you barely know how to stand- being willing to take that one extra step, to honor what you need, and to do so- fiercely.
..
It really is that simple. Yet so many women fear this enormity of their own power.
..
But here’s the thing Fierce Ones- we are living in a time when anything less so is denying our worth- and by God- it’s about time we embrace it instead 🔥🖤👊🏻
