Instead of a 20 minute ‘Discovery’ call where I try to sell you into a program like most coaches offer, I’m more interested in really getting to know you and begin to effect change right from the start.

When you do a BRAVE Session, we have either 90 minutes to go deep, ask questions and create a plan of action NOW.

Your investment can be used as a deposit for any program, but you are under no obligation to continue into a program after your session- sometimes single sessions are all that’s needed to address what you have going on and get some momentum going.

All BRAVE Sessions are held virtually either via phone, Zoom or FaceTime depending on your preference.
