The POWER Package of Sessions is for those looking for just Coaching Sessions without any fitness programming on your own time-frame and pace. It is ideal for those who have worked with Jen in the past, are self-starters who do not need a lot of support between sessions, or those who have a very targeted goal they wish to work on using sessions as needed instead of on a set schedule.
In this journey together, we turn the heat up to begin addressing your deepest desires to find your courage again in your business, life, relationships or career and bring your ideas and dreams to life.
Packages are available in 5 or 10 Session increments and can be renewed as many times as needed.
Includes life/ career/ business coaching sessions used at your pace- weekly, bi-weekly, once a month, a mix- however you wish to use your sessions purchased
Expiration date does apply: 6 months for 5 package, 12 months for 10 package
Running, fitness + nutrition custom programming ARE NOT INCLUDED in POWER but can be upgraded. We can discuss options when we meet if you’d like to add running and or fitness to your program.
Does not include texting or email between sessions. This package is exclusively for those who do not require or desire communication between sessions or structured accountability, but rather the power of transformative 1:1 sessions when needed
