This program is for running, walking, rucking, strength training, endurance events and so much more
Pretty Fierce is for the woman who feels like she has most of the ‘life’ things operating great, but feels like her body and vitality has been left behind in the process of building the life she’s created- and you are ready to start creating some badass adventures
75% Fitness Coaching, 25% Life coaching, we truly focus on your body and health in this program so you feel the most fit and full of vitality version of you no matter the goals and adventures you set out on
It’s about the running, and it’s not about the running- because it is SO much more when we allow movement to be the vehicle to transform us from the inside out.
Run Coaching highlights:
Run Programming completely customized to your own unique goals within the TRAINING PEAKS training app. You will receive customized daily workouts/ runs to do on your own that progressively build according to your goals- including any upcoming races
Fueling discussions- If your goal is to lose weight or build muscle we also incorporate that into your program.
Direct Messaging about your workouts within your training portal TRAINING PEAKS
ONE 60 Minute 1:1 Life + Performance Coaching Session per month for however long you are enrolled
Includes training support between sessions
Includes Customized Run programming

$1,100 for 3 months up-front
Looking for the Monthly Payment Option instead? You can activate monthly payments HERE where your payment will be processed once a month via PayPal. 3 month minimum is required to start and payments continue as long as you are enrolled. Cancellation of the monthly payment requires a 30 day cancellation notice directly to Jen in writing.
